The team wanted a frictionless way for customers to access product information at the moment of use, and a reliable channel to grow their database for competitions and a paid membership club.

We rolled GS1 Digital Link QR codes onto Transformulas' packaging, starting with the bestselling SKU and phasing across the range. Each scan opens a welcome experience configured inside the SmartLinks Hub.

A founder-led welcome video from Rosi Chapman, top tips, an email capture for the membership club, and an entry form for the current competition — all stitched together without reprinting a single carton when the campaign changes.

Since launch, Transformulas has seen a measurable lift in competition entries and membership registrations from in-pack scans. The same QR is now the front door for product information, top-tip content, and every campaign that follows.
